General legal terms for use of AttestLayer services. Product-specific checkout pages, order forms, addenda, or signed agreements may add narrower terms for a specific transaction.
Scope
These Terms of Service govern company-wide use of AttestLayer services, public surfaces, product workflows, account access, support channels, and related deliverables unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Surface-specific pages may provide product or checkout details, but company-wide policy interpretation should link back to this canonical legal system.
Service boundaries
AttestLayer provides record-only evidence issuance, receipt, manifest, verification, registry, and related workflow support. AttestLayer does not provide legal advice, audit opinions, compliance certifications, SOC 2 replacements, ISO certifications, buyer approval guarantees, or substitutes for buyer diligence.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for lawful use, underlying evidence accuracy, internal authorization, buyer communications, compliance obligations, access controls, and use of downloaded or exported deliverables.
