AttestLayer Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

AttestLayer surfaces must be used for lawful, record-only evidence workflows. They may not be used to mislead reviewers, attack systems, upload prohibited content, or claim AttestLayer certification or approval.

Prohibited use

  • Uploading malware, exploit material, stolen data, or content you do not have authority to submit.
  • Using AttestLayer outputs to claim certification, audit approval, legal approval, insurance approval, buyer approval, or procurement approval.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, entitlement checks, billing controls, or service boundaries.
  • Interfering with verifier, registry, console, or checkout availability.

Record-only boundary

AttestLayer packages supplied records into structured proof packets with manifests, receipts, signatures, and verification paths. It does not independently verify the truth of supplied claims or provide audit, certification, legal, insurance, procurement, or buyer approval.

Enforcement

AttestLayer may suspend or refuse access, remove content, preserve records, or notify appropriate parties where use violates this policy, threatens the service, or creates legal or security risk.
